It's so nice to meet you

"Tempus Edax Rerum"; a Latin saying or phrase that translates to "time devours all things".

 

It's the first tattoo I ever got, and a constant reminder of how short this life really is. ​We all have a "plan" of how we think and hope our life will be. But no matter how much we plan, things will come up, and things will change. ​

 

Regardless of what happens throughout our day-to-day lives, the reality is that we are living on borrowed time. When we're young, we wish for time to speed on by so we can do all the cool things grown ups do. Yet when we're older, we see how fast time really moves, and we wish we had more of it. ​And so, it is with a sense of urgency that I have decided to  start living a more spontaneous and passionate life. To do things I normally wouldn't do, and to trust myself more than I usually would.

 

To chronicle these experiences, and hopefully inspire you to do the same. Because we're living on borrowed time... so let's make the most of it.​
